As a 360 Desk – Sales Recruitment Consultant, you're at the heart of our mission. Your Impact:
- Identify and engage potential clients through targeted sales efforts, networking, and relationship building. Uncover client needs and position our recruitment solutions with finesse.
- Craft and execute effective sales strategies, surpassing revenue targets.
- Own the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates alike.

- Cultivate robust and enduring relationships with clients. Understand their ongoing recruitment needs and provide bespoke solutions.

Qualifications:
- Years of successful sales experience, preferably in Staffing & Recruitment or a related service industry.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, coupled with a penchant for business development.
- A strong track record in client acquisition, bringing in new business, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of current market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
