Overview

Our client is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Account Executive to join their sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals with new and existing customers. You will also maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with the marketing, consulting, and product teams to identify and communicate customer needs and feedback. You will be a trusted advisor to clients, and help them achieve their cybersecurity goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Present and demonstrate products and services to potential and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and challenges, and provide solutions that align with their goals and budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the customer organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of products and services.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience in the cybersecurity or IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and web conferencing tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
