Our client is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated executive assistant.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, booking venues, and arranging for necessary technology or catering.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other logistics.
- Prepare detailed travel schedules and ensure all necessary travel documents are in order.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Prepare and organize executive-level documents for meetings, presentations, or reports.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, board meetings, and other high-level gatherings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is often preferred, though not always required.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate and address potential challenges before they escalate. Creative problem-solving abilities to find efficient solutions to complex administrative tasks.
- Strong relationship-building skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and personalities. Diplomacy and tact in handling challenging situations or difficult personalities.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment. Strong time-management skills, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft professional emails, reports, and presentations.
