A successful Account Executive will possess and develop expertise in selling SaaS solutions to large and medium-sized businesses, primarily operating commercial vehicles and equipment, managing and growing revenues for the company with clients, and providing tailored solutions for effective fleet and business management. The ideal candidate will be experienced in using the Challenger Sale methodology to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Understand sales techniques, navigate the sales cycle, and negotiate and close deals.
  • Articulate the value proposition of company offerings convincingly and tailor approaches to meet client needs.
  • Actively listen, empathize, and address client concerns effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze customer and prospect attributes to score against ICP.
  • Follow Sales Playbook for effective opportunity management and close velocity.
  • Set account goals, identify key stakeholders, and develop tailored account strategies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an Account Executive, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role in the software industry.
  • Experience with the Challenger Sale methodology is essential.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products, preferably related to fleet management.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
