Job Description

Our client seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales to join their team. The ideal candidate will have start-up experience, a passion for technology, and a deep understanding of AI solutions in the sales domain. This role requires a proactive individual who can engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and effectively present the company's innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of the company's solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market demands to provide insights and recommendations for product development.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential clients, preparing proposals and contracts to close sales deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably a start-up in technology or software solutions. Experience with AI products is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
